Jafar Bolhari, M.D. (born August 6, 1948), is an Iranian psychiatrist and researcher. He is a Professor of psychiatry at the Mental Health Research Center, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and has been working as the director of Tehran Psychiatric Institute () since 1992.〔Mental Health In Our Future Cities, David Goldberg, Thornicroft Graham, Psychology Press, 2013, P. 237〕 Professor Bolhari has also been the director of the Iranian Mental Health Research Network since its formation in 2006.
